About Our Commercial Beef on Bone
This is our bulk, everyday beef: an assortment of bone-in cuts sold in 10kg packs at a wholesale price per kilo. It is the beef that feeds canteens, hostels, hotel kitchens and large households - the pack you buy when you are cooking for a crowd and value and consistency matter more than a named premium cut.
The bones make it ideal for stews, soups and wet fries, where they enrich the pot as it cooks and stretch the meat further. Portion it down and freeze what you do not need. How to Cook Commercial Beef on Bone

Three to four days in the coldest part of the fridge, loosely covered so the surface dries rather than sweats. To freeze, portion into meal sizes, press flat, wrap tightly and label. Thaw overnight in the fridge, never on the counter, and do not refreeze thawed raw meat.
