About Our Commercial Beef Cubes
Boneless beef, trimmed and cut into even stew cubes, sold in 10kg packs at a wholesale price. It exists to save you the prep: no bone to work around, no trimming, and a uniform cube size that browns and cooks at the same rate - which is exactly what a busy kitchen cooking in volume needs.
It is the caterer's, canteen's and large-household staple for beef curries, stews, biriani and pilau. The even size means predictable cooking and next to no waste. How to Cook Commercial Beef Cubes
- Brown in batches in a very hot pan - crowding makes the cubes stew rather than sear.
- Simmer at least 90 minutes, or 45 in a pressure cooker, until tender.
- A 2-4 hour marinade with a little acid noticeably softens tougher pieces.
- The even size means the whole pot finishes together.
- Portion and freeze what you do not use the same day.

Yes, every day. Order before 4:00pm on 0707 700511 for same-day chilled delivery across Nairobi. Delivery is a flat fee by area, from KSh 300 to KSh 1,000 depending on where you are, and it is added to your basket total automatically. See the full fee table.
Three to four days in the coldest part of the fridge, loosely covered so the surface dries rather than sweats. To freeze, portion into meal sizes, press flat, wrap tightly and label. Thaw overnight in the fridge, never on the counter, and do not refreeze thawed raw meat.
